We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to support Warehouse Manager to perform daily operations and activities. Responsible for receiving, processing, and inventory is stored according to warehouse policy.
Job description
Perform logistic support and coordination with the head office in New York
Arrange daily services; coordinate with drivers & warehouse operators
Responsible for ERP or WMS operation to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
Manage inventory, warehouse, and office assets
Answer phone calls, respond to emails and ensure smooth and timely communication within the company and with external customers, vendors, etc.
Organize files and safeguard essential documents
Responsible for office administrative work and office supplies
Provide support to senior management and sales teams
Requirements
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in ERP and WMS systems
1 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to work under limited supervision and busy schedules
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
