Duties
- Assist to oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties, including leasing, maintenance, and report to the executive.
- Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Prepare and execute leases, renewals, and other legal documents.
- Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and calls.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling both personal and business-related tasks.
- Proactively manage projects and problem-solving tasks
- Maintain a professional and organized approach while ensuring confidentiality at all times
Skills
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
