Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as proofreading, transcribing, and filing documents
- Utilize software tools such as DocuSign and Google Suite to complete administrative tasks
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain and update Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Google Suite and Outlook Calendar
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and transcribing documents accurately
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
