About us
GoldenHome is a major manufacturer of better quality euro-style modern Kitchen
and Bath Cabinetry and Closet Systems. We have manufacturing facilities around
the world including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, Australia, and also here in
the US. We are currently producing over 7,000 cabinets per day, making us one of
the larger manufacturers in the industry.
Here at GoldenHome East / Biscayne Cabinetry Inc. . we are a wholesale distribution
center that is owned and managed by the manufacturer directly. We sell our
quality euro-style frameless cabinetry to dealers here on the east coast as well as
supply other distributors across the US.
Requirements
You must have at least 5 years experience selling kitchen cabinets, or
related products, preferably to Dealers.
Duties - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives - Provide senior leadership and guidance to all departments within the organization - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners - Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive growth and profitability - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the organization - Manage and lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects and initiatives - Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency - Foster a culture of leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Director of Operations or similar position - Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align organizational goals with operational strategies - Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management - Demonstrated experience in business development and driving revenue growth - Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices - Proficient in project management methodologies and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement - Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams - Proven ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines
