Room # 3: Front room with red carpet (Available for rent after January 15, 2024)
The room has red carpet floor, 3 large windows, and a small closet.
Rent is $1150 per month. Utility fee is $100 per month. Total Rent is $1250 per month. Security deposit: $1300.

Room #5: Rear room (quiet)
The room has hardwood floor, 3 large windows, a sink and a small closet.
Rent is $1200 per month. Utility fee is $100 per month. Total Rent is $1300 per month. Security deposit: $1400.

Room #6: Rear room (quiet)
The room has hardwood floor, 2 large windows, and a small closet.
Rent is $1150 per month. Utility fee is $100 per month. Total Rent is $1250 per month. Security deposit: $1300.

- Shared kitchen
- Shared 2 bathrooms with two female roommates
- There is no living room as common space
- There is no Laundry in the building, but there is one laundry/cafe right in the corner of Jones/ Bush Street
- Shared utility bills (water, sewer, gas, electric, garbage and trash disposal)
- Complimentary Wireless Internet

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is located in a very convenient location. Short distance walk to many restaurants, Trade Joe's, Market Mayflower and Deli, Golden Veggie Market, Whole Food, City Supermarket, SF downtown retail stores, and other attractions or sightseeing (Grace Cathedral, Huntington Park, Fairmont Hotel, Chinatown, Union Square). Most presidents from APEC stayed Fairmont Hotel and Mark Hopkins San Francisco located 2-3 blocks away from our home. You will like this beautiful and peaceful area.

The house is also close to many laundry stores (there is one right in the corner of Bush Street).

TRANSPORTATION:
* Bus # 27 is half block away. Also there are many other forms of public transportation around the area such as bus # 1, bus #38, cable car, BART, and L, K, M Muni at Powell station.
* 10-15 mins Walking distance to Downtown, Financial District and Chinatown.
