岗位职责:
- 帮助来电客户处理相关问题,包括售前咨询和售后问题解答
- 英文流利,能接听客户电话以及回复客户邮件
- 熟悉本公司产品,跟进客户需求
- 接待来访客户并且回应相关问题
岗位要求:
- 有客服或者相关专业经验者优先
- 合法身份及SSN,最好能报税。
- 英文听说读写熟练,口语流利
- 对电脑熟悉,对Microsoft Word,Excel等有基本经验

What we are looking for:
Customer service representative with strong English communication skills and basic computer skills
Prior experiences preferred but not required, entry level applicants welcomed
Paid training will be provided
Literacy in Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred but not required
Full time, Monday to Friday
$19-21/hr
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Document and follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals
- Greet walk-in guests and direct their needs to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously; be familiar with basic Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel...) and common research engines
